Ingredients:
1. Prawns ...........................10 Pcs
2. Tomatoes ........................4.5 Pcs
3. Japnese Curry Roux ....... 5 Pcs
4. Pineapple ........................ 2 Sliced
5. Onion(Diced) ....................1 Pcs
6. Onion (Sliced)................... 1 Pcs
7. Carrot ............................... 1 Pcs
8. Apple ................................ 1/2 Pcs
9. Black Pepper ..................... 1/4 tsp
10. Salt .................................. 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Preheat a Coat Iron Saucepan on the stove with MEDIUM HEAT for 2 minutes.
2. Add Tomatoes, Diced Onion, Sliced Onion, Carrot and Apple into the saucepan. Put the lid on and cook for 35 minutes on LOW HEAT.
3. Season the Prawns with Salt and Pepper.
4. Add Curry Roux and Prawns into the saucepan. Put the lid on and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Finally and Pineapple into the curry. Mix well and service.
